Laurier Park to Gold Bar Park on the river

It was a warm, sunny day and another opportunity to see our beautiful Edmonton from the river. In about 3 hours we covered 16.2 km. The river seemed as relaxed as we were.

River Project - Second Leg - Laurier Park to Capilano Landing

For the Second Leg of my River Project I was joined by the Most Excellent Peter Yuca. This leg was shorter - only 16 km, which took us, with very relaxed paddling, 3 hours.

Edmonton from the river.

I have done a few kayaking trips over North Saskatchewan River, starting in Devon and finishing at Whitemud Crossing. So when my friend, Peter, suggested we explore what is down the river, I jumped in.
